App Name: Amanda’s Eats LLC
Developer Identity: Amanda’s Eats LLC
Developer Email: dev@amandaseats.store

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy behaviour of the Amanda’s Eats LLC Android application. The app is a food-discovery and local request preparation tool. It does not operate a backend ordering service, user-account system, payment system, or delivery-tracking service.
Users may enter or select information such as dish choices, quantities, presentation options, item notes, a general request note, and preferences. Users should not enter payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive information.
The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, Firebase, tracking SDKs, authentication, user accounts, or a remote analytics service. Normal browsing, favouriting, and local draft use do not automatically transmit personal information to Amanda’s Eats LLC.
The app uses Android SharedPreferences to store selected information locally on the device. This may include favourites, current request items, quantities, selected presentation options, item notes, the general request note, recently viewed dish identifiers, saved request drafts, local status labels, and the reduce-motion preference. This local data is used to restore app features on the same device. Android app backup is disabled in the project.
Request items, favourites, recently viewed items, and saved drafts remain local until the user removes them, clears local data, clears app storage, or uninstalls the app. A saved draft is not an order and does not mean the business has received or confirmed anything.
The app may open a compatible external email application with an editable recipient, subject, and message body. The user must review and send the message through the external email application. Amanda’s Eats LLC does not send the email from inside the app and cannot confirm that an external message was sent, delivered, or received.
The Contact Us screen may open https://amandaseats.store in an external browser. External websites and browser applications have their own privacy practices. The app does not control those external services.
Users may choose to copy request text to the device clipboard or open Android’s external sharing interface. The selected receiving application has its own privacy practices. The app cannot control what happens after information is copied or shared outside the app.
The manifest does not declare the Android INTERNET permission. Core menu photographs and brand images are bundled locally and do not require a third-party image-loading service. The app does not use a remote catalogue API.
The app uses AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, and Material 3 libraries to provide its user interface and Android functionality. It does not include Firebase, analytics services, advertising SDKs, remote configuration, authentication services, cloud databases, payment gateways, or delivery-tracking APIs.
The app declares no Android runtime permissions. It does not request or access precise or approximate location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone state, SMS, notifications, photos, videos, audio files, or general media or storage access.
The app does not process payments, store payment information, create user accounts, or authenticate users. It does not create a confirmed order, reservation, booking, delivery, or server-generated reference number. Demo prices and presentation items must be confirmed directly with the business.
The developer does not automatically receive or sell locally stored app data. Information may leave the app only when the user deliberately completes an action through an external email, browser, clipboard, or sharing application.
Local data remains on the device until the user removes individual items, deletes saved drafts, uses More → Clear all local data, clears the app’s storage through Android settings, or uninstalls the app. The app cannot delete information that the user separately sends or stores through another application.
The app is designed to minimize network data handling by keeping core app data local. However, no device storage or external communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices and avoid entering sensitive information.
The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app has no backend account or automatic submission system, it does not knowingly create profiles of children. A parent or guardian should supervise any use involving external communication.
External email, browser, clipboard, and sharing applications are separate services controlled by their providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply after the user chooses to open or use them.
Users may avoid entering notes, remove request items, clear favourites and drafts, clear all local data from the More screen, decline to open external applications, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
This policy should be updated if the app later adds a backend, official ordering, remote APIs, payments, accounts, advertising, analytics, notifications, new permissions, or different data practices. Material changes should use a revised effective date.
